- 14 oz. turkey smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 red potatoes, sliced
- 15 baby carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 1 (15.25oz.) can whole kernel sweet corn, drained
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
