No-Bake Oatmeal Raisin Bites

I found this idea on Pinterest and decided to give it a try. I love making things that are no-bake, and we are always looking for healthy snacks. They were very easy to make and make for a great snack to grab on the go!


No-Bake Oatmeal Raisin Bites
  • 1 cup old fashion oats
  • 2/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup milled flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


Combine ingredients in bowl and mix well. Place bowl in refrigerator for 1 hour. 


Then roll into 1-inch balls and store in sealed container in refrigerator. Makes 25 bites.
