Tator Tot Casserole

Here is a great recipe for a quick and easy casserole to throw together on a busy weeknight! Since it's got your meat, potato and vegetable included, there's no need to worry about making any sides to go with it!


Tater Tot Casserole
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef, browned
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen green beans, cooked
  • 2 cups fat free shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 16 oz. bag frozen tator tots
Brown beef with chopped onion on stove until no longer pink. Combine beef with onion, cream of chicken soup, cooked green beans, and 1/2 cup cheese in bowl. Spread mixture in greased 9x13 dish and top with tator tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese and return to oven until melted.
